Browsing and hosting
The pages we created do not include advertising, analytics trackers, contact forms, newsletter signup, or embedded videos. They are hosted through Cloudflare Pages. Hosting and access infrastructure necessarily receives technical request information such as your IP address and requested page to deliver and secure the service, and may process operational logs under its terms and policies. See Cloudflare's privacy policy. This notice does not claim that the hosting provider processes no personal data.
Theme preference
The site stores your light/dark choice in your browser's local storage under anvil-paradox-theme. This value is used only to remember the appearance you choose; our page code does not transmit it to us. It remains until you clear this site's browser data or change your choice. If no choice is saved, the site follows your device theme.
Using an email link opens your chosen email application. If you send us a message, we receive your email address, message, attachments, and ordinary email metadata in Gmail. We use them to respond to your request and administer support. We do not add support senders to a marketing mailing list.
Purposes, legal grounds, and retention
Where the GDPR applies, requested contact is handled to provide the requested service or related pre-contractual steps. Proportionate administration, technical delivery, and security rely on legitimate interests where appropriate; mandatory processing relies on applicable legal obligations. We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve and follow up on the issue and meet legal or claims-related obligations. Hosting and email providers apply their own relevant retention practices and international-transfer safeguards. Contact us for information about processing under our responsibility.
Your choices and rights
You can clear the site's local browser storage to remove its saved theme preference. Contact us for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection requests where applicable, or to ask about recipients, safeguards, and retention. We generally respond to GDPR rights requests within one month, subject to lawful extensions. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or another competent authority.
